Role Description

Keller Williams Realty - The Hatcher Group is seeking one or more full-time Real Estate Sales Agents based in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid role that allows for work from home flexibility. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will help clients buy and sell properties, provide guidance to clients through every stage of the transaction process.

• Possess a current real estate license

Qualifications

• This is a commission ONLY independent contractor position, and candidates must be financially prepared to take on this type of role.
• A valid Florida Real Estate Agent or Broker's License is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
• Demonstrated knowledge of market trends, contracts, and negotiations is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in general technology and relevant real estate software platforms is preferred.
